We appreciate you may not have voted for us, but Cherry is committed to work together with new Councillor Bob Goodman for the benefit of the whole Combe Down Ward. So please get in touch if you think she can help you with any matter. having just completed a successful year as Mayor of Bath, she is keen to start her third term of Office as Combe Down Councillor with commitment and hard work.

Cherry’s key priorities going forward include:

  • Providing a strong voice in Council for the whole Ward
  • Continuing to work with Residents and Curo in the Development of Mulberry Park for benefit to the whole Community of Combe Down. Represent any concerns about the proposed regeneration of the Foxhill Estate, and look to ensure real benefits happen.
  • Continue action on street cleaning, and highways improvements.
  • Work to see employment opportunities on the new Mulberry Park, and support all our local independent businesses.
  • Work for improved bus services.
  • Work to Improve footpaths and shared use paths, and our Green Spaces.

We were sorry not to get Joel Hirst elected, but he is keen to continue helping in the area, and is part of the Combe Down Liberal Democrat Team. We are keen to hear from residents and respond to needs.

Cherry is keen for anyone from the Foxhill area who has concerns about the plans for Mulberry Park, and the regeneration of the Foxhill Estate, and effects on their homes, to get in touch. She is happy to attend and help with any individual meetings between affected residents and Curo, about their homes.
