Really good to attend ‘ Double Hills’ at Paulton on Sunday, as Vice Chair of the Council. Poignant and very well supported commemoration of the Glider crash of Parachute engineers on way to the Battle of Arnheim, Sept 1944.
I am full of respect for the various Service and Community Organisations, who so honourably remember this event. A superb memorial exists in the field. Thanks to the Local Paulton Parish and LA Councillors, who made me feel so welcomed.
