Whilst it is regrettable that the toilets have been closed and sold by the Council, I have had some assurances from Curo, that in any remodelling of the shops in the future, there will be access to a toilet. I will keep reminding Curo of that, but of course it is some years away from any proposals, and that also would be subject to Planning, and public consultation through the Planning process.

this application is modest, and not a bad solution for this building, however ideally I would have liked to see a small business premise. It was advertised for such a use by the Council, months ago, but unfortunately there were no takers, so perhaps it was an unrealistic wish on my part, the space was very small.
