Independet Advisor Appointed

From 2018 parts of the existing Foxhill Estate will be renovated, the actual plan is not set yet. Curo have started to contact both their  Tenants and Home Owners to find out what they want to do, and to discuss options.

An Independent Advisor has been appointed to give unbiased advice and support residents.

Cllr Cherry Beath is fighting for a fair deal for all residents affected, and has stated her continuing position, for well over a year, that she cannot support Compulsory Purchase Orders (CPO).

The Tory Administtration have stated they will try to avoid CPO, but will do it if there are a few homes blocking the regeneration plans.

The Independent Advisor Organisation is TPAS, as they describe themselves – The Tenant Empowerment Organisation.
